Our Mission

Our firefighters give to us everyday without hesitation. It is their instinct to protect and safe others, strangers they have never met. This bravery comes with risk for the firefighters and their families.
Our communities may believe that their local heroes are taken care of if a life-changing injury occurs. But, this is not reality especially for our volunteer firefighters.
Often times, when a firefighter gets injured they income is immediately less and the 2nd jobs they may have to run their households are lost leaving them struggling to meet their expenses and or financial responsibilities before they got injured. They must wait to receive the benefits they have earned. For us, it has been since 2023 and my husband is still waiting. But, life goes on, bills need to be paid and life’s most precious moments arise.
We founded this nonprofit because of our firsthand knowledge. We could either stay silent and do nothing or create a foundation for other injured firefighters who feel they are forgotten and left to deal with the aftermath alone.

Fire families are the bravest families in our country. They give up so much to make sure you, your home, your business, our communities safe. But it is a sacrifice that we take honorably. We are a community that is bonded and it is filled with people that care for one another.

We are slowly building and trying to find our way. We are 3 wives learning and trying to understand the nonprofit sector. It is nothing like we imagined. It has shown us that we have an uphill battle to face but we are dedicated more than ever.

First responders are not something we can live without – they are essential to our existence. If we no longer had first responders, majority of industries would not exist. Any company that depends on a structure for their business depends on the bravery of every firefighters. Without them they would lose their business, their livlihood. It is a topic nobody talks about and we want to change that.
